Good Evening CAMRPSP (Citizens Against Missouri River Pump Storage Project,
You may have noticed this week on your radio station or your local newspaper that Missouri River Energy and MidAmerican Energy are running ads asking if you have heard about their project and listing several reasons to support it. This ad campaign tells us that they are "feeling" the push back and are trying to get in front of the area communities.
Dave and Fawn Swift wrote a rebuttal letter in reference to MRES and MEC's ad. I have attached a copy of the rebuttal letter. I also included MRES/MEC's ad in case you hadn't seen it yet.
The CAMRPSP committee wants to thank all of you for getting the word out and for your support. It is working!! Lets keep the momentum going and growing! We hope you all can attend the public meeting on Monday, September 19th in Burke at 7pm. Please feel free to invite as many family, neighbors and friends as you want.
